We hold Live Sales on our main page @divinemoongoddesses 1-2 times a week and monthly Feed Sales on our flash page @divineflashsales.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please claim/buy items responsibly.

We are no longer responsible for packages once they have shipped. Please file a claim with Route here: CLICK 

We ship worldwide- however, please keep in mind that shipping costs can be quite high when shipping to outside of the United States.

Please allow 1-3 days for processing and 3-5 days for shipping. Please do not message us on the status of your package until it has been the full 8 days, thank you.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a USPS tracking number via email.

We now offer Route protection for all purchases. In the unfortunate event that your package is damaged, lost, or stolen this will ensure that you get a refund.

Route will calculate the insurance cost based on your total and will automatically be added to your cart. Route protection fee is only $0.98 for cart totals of $100 & under. For cart totals of $100+ a 1.5-5% fee is calculated. We highly recommend adding protection to your purchase, if you choose not to, we will not be able to offer a refund of any kind in the instance something happens to your package.

*Please note if you have multiple orders being shipped in one package you must purchase Route protection on every purchase. Route will only cover the items you purchased coverage on.

Yes!

Keeping an open box allows you to add more to your order over time & is a great way to save on shipping costs! We can hold an open box up to 4 weeks. Use code "OPENBOX" at checkout to apply free shipping & keep your box open.

Payment for items are still due within 24 hours of claiming.

After the 4 weeks you will have to pay for the shipping on your items if your package does not qualify for free shipping. (US orders of $75+)

You may close your box anytime before the 4 week period. Send us a DM when you're ready to close/ship your box!

We are located in the SF Bay Area. 

If you would like to pick up your package we do offer free local pick up. Please send us a DM before purchasing and we will give you a code to apply to your order for free shipping.

After your order has been placed we will DM you the address and availability for pick up.
